Eddie v s kirby12/29/2023 Jared K Kirkman GM should not be the face of Eddie V’s‘s. $200 gift card or not nothing will ever convince me to walk through those doors again. But because of the treatment we received by Jared K Kirkman GM after planning the special occasion for weeks by the general manager of Eddie V’s‘s we will never attend this restaurant again. On a positive note our server he was excellent very professional and polite and the food was impeccable as always. All we wanted to do was try to salvage what was left of a horrible evening because this general manager Jared K Kirkman GM of this restaurant. at first I thought he just wanted to try and make up for us waiting over 50 minutes to be seated, but it was just the opposite and it was very uncomfortable and annoying. So every few minutes he (Jared K Kirkman GM) kept interrupting us and making a scene by coming to the table asked us if we where ok. Plus it would be impossible to make arrangements so late into the evening for somewhere else. My husband immediately wanted to leave I convinced him to stay because I did not want our wedding anniversary night to be ruined because of this general managers rudeness and his lack of professionalism. When my husband returned, I informed him how upset I was and what the general manager Jared K Kirkman GM, had said to me and the couple sitting at the next booth turned around and told my husband they heard the whole thing as well. “he kept going on about the server he had planned for us and because we did not stay at first table selection that we really missed out on his perfect server”. When we where finally seated at our table my husband stepped away to use the men’s room when the general manager Jared K Kirkman GM,…approach me leaned down and whispered loudly in my ear “ I will change your profile and make sure it states that you’re more interested in a booth then good service”. After my husband expressed that we were not satisfied with the location he had chose! They moved us after waiting another 10 minutes to a side square booth nothing like what we had discussed weeks in advance. he informed us the table wasn’t quite ready and he wanted to make this very special for us and asked us to give him a (couple of minutes) so we went to the bar and 40 minutes passed before we were even seated, then he (Jared K Kirkman GM) walked us to this what was supposed to be a special table for us that was located at the back emergency door by a bus station this is what he called special and this is what we waited 40 minutes for absolutely horrible. Upon arrival on 08/25/22 at 7:15 PM We were greeted by the general manager he introduced his self he seemed very professional. Plus he sent me a $200 gift card to are home by UPS, Which was very unexpected and I was truly surprised when I received it and really excited and was looking forward to this very special wedding anniversary I had set up and planned with the general manager Jared K Kirkman. The new arrangements was made for Augat 7:30 PM and a oval Booth was requested he said no problem on the phone he would make it a very special occasion for us. Wedding Anniversary, I made a personal reservation weeks in advance for are special night it was arranged by the general manager Jared K Kirkman GM “We would be his special personal guest” Due to fact are last visit was not good,…we was at that time.
